Granite Prestressed Concrete Limited and Rainbow Concrete Industries Limited have a long
history of manufacturing custom precast concrete products. In many cases we are
involved from the early conceptual stages of design through to the production and
installation of the product. Custom precast can be manufactured as:
- non-reinforced concrete
- reinforced concrete
- post tensioned concrete
In the above manufacturing processes, precast concrete can be
manufactured to almost any shape or size. The properties of the concrete can also be
customized to suit the application.
The exposed finish on the precast can be plain, coloured,
sandblasted or exposed aggregate. Special aggregates such as white quartz or pink
granite are also available for unique exposures.
Custom precast includes but is not limited to prestressed
beams, prestressed girders, single tee section, prestressed bleacher sections, precast
boat ramps with traction grooves, precast fences and posts, precast noise barriers,
customized landscaping precast, and precast "L" shape rataining wall sections. |
